Understanding the columns on the Device page in Command Centre
Quick guide to what each column means in the Devices page within the Command Centre.
Column | Description

Serial | Unique device ID and Olarm model type (PRO, MAX, etc.) |
Account | Billing/account code for tracking |
Reference | Internal and customer-assigned device names |
Peripheral | Alarm system the device is connected to |
Status | Device online/offline/problem state |
Connectivity | Active connection types (WiFi, SIMs, 0G) |
Power | |
Users | Number of app users linked to the device |
SIM Signal Strength | Signal level per SIM (0–32 scale; orange = weak) |
Locked | App access locked/unlocked |
Map | |
