You can safely keep devices in your Olarm COMMAND CENTRE in an uninstalled state. This is useful if you want to:

• Pre-configure them before deployment

• Assign roles at a later stage

• Organise devices ahead of installation or monitoring activation

​Steps to claim a device/s:

• Go to the Devices Page in Olarm COMMAND CENTRE.

• Click “Claim Device” (big white button).

• Enter the device’s serial number (found on the box or device).

  • For multiple devices, separate serials with a space or comma.

• Ensure your assigned roles are checked 

  • Installer

  • Monitor

  • Billing

• Click “Claim”.

  • Refresh the page and the device will appear in your list.
    
    

• You will only be charged once the device comes online.

• Check all the role boxes should you be an Armed Response Company.
