How to claim a new Olarm device in Command Centre
You can safely keep devices in your Olarm COMMAND CENTRE in an uninstalled state. This is useful if you want to:
Pre-configure them before deployment
Assign roles at a later stage
Organise devices ahead of installation or monitoring activation
Steps to claim a device/s:
Go to the Devices Page in Olarm COMMAND CENTRE.
Click “Claim Device” (big white button).
Enter the device’s serial number (found on the box or device).
For multiple devices, separate serials with a space or comma.
Ensure your assigned roles are checked
Installer
Monitor
Billing
Click “Claim”.
Refresh the page and the device will appear in your list.
You will only be charged once the device comes online.
Check all the role boxes should you be an Armed Response Company.
