How to migrate settings from one Olarm device to another in Command Centre

If you're replacing or upgrading your Olarm device, you can easily transfer its configuration to the new unit using the Settings Migration feature. This ensures your new device inherits all key settings from the old one, saving time and reducing setup errors.

  • Go to the Devices page in Command Centre

  • Search for the serial number of the new Olarm device

  • Click View on the right

  • In the left menu, click Migrate Settings tab

  • Enter the serial number of the old Olarm

  • Click Migrate

  • Choose the reason for the change

    • A confirmation popup will appear - click Migrate again

    • A final popup will confirm that the settings have been successfully moved

  • Zone labels

  • Users

  • PGM settings

  • Master/UDL code

  • Activity log
