How to add/remove app users in Command Centre
You can manage who has access to an Olarm device through Command Centre. Adding or removing users gives you full control over who can monitor, control, and receive alerts from the device via the Olarm APP.
The user must first download the Olarm APP and create an account. Should they not have an account - they will appear as a pending user.
To Add a User
Go to the Devices page in Command Centre
Enter the device’s serial number in the search bar
Click View on the right side
In the left-hand menu, select the Users tab
Choose either “Add user by email” or “Add user by phone”
Enter the user’s email or phone number (including the correct country code)
Click Add New User and accept the terms
To Remove a User
Stay in the Users tab of the device
Find the user you want to remove
Click Remove next to their name
Extra Tips
Adding users by email is often more reliable, especially for international numbers.
Make sure the user has verified their Olarm APP account before being added.
Users will automatically gain access to the device in their app once added.
You can re-add a user at any time using the same steps.
