Reset device to default in Command Centre

This tool resets an Olarm communicator to certain settings, readying it for a fresh installation or reassignment.

What gets wiped:

  • App users are removed

  • Signals are disabled 

  • Account codes & zone/area names are cleared

WarningYou will need to re-enable the device's signals upon installation after reseting the device

What stays:

  • Device Admin History

  • Signal Logs (available via Command Centre & App)


How to do it:

  1. Open the device in Command Centre.

  2. Navigate to the Reset to Default tab.

  3. Confirm the reset when prompted.
