If your Olarm APP siren isn’t sounding or you’re not receiving push notifications, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Check sound settings on your phone
Make sure your phone's volume is turned up
Ensure Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb are turned off
Go to your phone’s Sound & Vibration settings and confirm that notifications and app sounds are enabled
Check Push Notifications in the Olarm APP
Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner
Select App Permissions
Confirm that Push Notifications are enabled

Extra Tips
If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the Olarm App as a last resort.
After any changes, test by arming or disarming your system to confirm notifications are working.
Restart your phone if notifications still don’t come through.
