Olarm APP siren is not going off

If your Olarm APP siren isn’t sounding or you’re not receiving push notifications, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

  • Check sound settings on your phone

    • Make sure your phone's volume is turned up

    • Ensure Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb are turned off

    • Go to your phone’s Sound & Vibration settings and confirm that notifications and app sounds are enabled

  • Check Push Notifications in the Olarm APP

    • Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner

    • Select App Permissions

    • Confirm that Push Notifications are enabled
