Not receiving alarm notifications on an iPhone
To receive alerts and notifications from the Olarm APP, ensure Push Notifications are properly enabled in both the app and your phone’s system settings.

Open your Phone Settings
Go to Apps (or App Management depending on your iPhone)
Select Olarm from the app list
Tap Notifications
Ensure the following are enabled:
