If you believe your Olarm device is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement under warranty. Follow the guidelines below to verify eligibility of your device warranty and to complete the device replacement process.
Check the batch date
Locate the batch date on the device.
Use the batch date to approximate whether the device falls within the 2-year warranty period.
Inspect the warranty sticker
Confirm that the warranty sticker is intact and not tampered with.
Located on the back of the device covering a screw hole.
Return the device to the original point of purchase
If purchased through a reseller or partner, return the unit to them first.
If unsure, refer to your original receipt or order confirmation.
Device sent to Olarm for assessment
The partner or reseller will forward the device to Olarm for further inspection.
Olarm will assess the device to confirm if it is faulty and within warranty.
Replacement Issued if Approved
If the device is found to be faulty and within warranty, Olarm will send a replacement to the original sender.
