Not seeing your Olarm devices after updating the Olarm APP

Why you are not seeing your Olarm devices? 

Should you not be seeing your Olarm devices after updating the app, it's likely that you pressed:

“Login with Google”
“Login with Apple”

Your devices are not visible because you already have an Olarm account using a different email or mobile number. This means you are logged into a new account that is not linked to your existing one.


How do I access my existing Olarm account and devices?

To prevent this issue from happening again, login with Google or Apple and link your account manually by following the steps below:

  • Open the app Menu and tap ‘View Profile

  • Select the tab ‘Profile

  • Tap 'Link Account'

  • Enter your Existing Account credentials, you can use your phone number or email address

    • Don’t remember your Existing Account credentials? Click here

  • Select ‘Authorise

  • Tap ‘Save’ and navigate back to your Areas screen

  • Your Olarm devices should now appear as expected.
