Don’t remember your original login credentials?

If you've forgotten the username (phone number or email) you used for your Olarm account, follow these steps:

  • Try entering your phone number instead of your email, and skip entering a password. Then, tap on Forgot password.

  • Follow the prompts and you should receive a 6-digit OTP.

  • If that doesn't work, it’s possible you may have registered your Olarm account with a different email address or phone number. Try repeating the process using any alternative email addresses or phone numbers you might have used during sign-up.
