How to change your Master/Keypad/UDL/User/Reset code in the Olarm APP?
Some alarm system integrations require specific access codes - such as the Master Code, Keypad Code, UDL Code, User Code or Reset Code - to enable full control and communication with the system. Without these codes, the Olarm communicator may not be able to send commands or retrieve alarm system data.
Refer to this article to check which alarm systems require a specific code.
This does not change your alarm system code on the security system.
To configure your Olarm device with the required access code:
Tap the Menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner
Select Device Setup from the menu
Scroll down to find the relevant code field:
Master/Keypad Code
UDL Code
User Code
Reset Code
Tap the code field and enter the correct code based on your alarm system requirements.
Extra Tips
The required code type varies depending on the alarm system or energizer model.
Ensure the code entered matches the one configured on the alarm panel or energizer.
If you're unsure which code to use, consult the alarm system or energizer installer or manual.
