Requirements:
- The Olarm MAX and your camera setup need to be on the same Wi-Fi network
- Please ensure the Wi-Fi network has 2.4Ghz enabled
- The Olarm MAX won’t stream video using it’s cellular connectivity
- The Olarm MAX requires a good quality Wi-Fi strength to stream cameras
- The Olarm MAX needs to be on firmware version V.1.5.1 or later to support video
- Your camera setup requires an adjustable substream
- Ensure you camera setup has a static IP Address
- Playback will only work should your DVR/NVR support it
Step 1: Navigate to your Olarm MAX’s Device setup and select Linked cameras
Step 2: Select Add new Camera
Step 3: Give your Camera a Name
Step 4: Enter your camera's IP Address
Step 5: Enter the Port number

The Port is the number assigned to the RTSP Port. The default RTSP Port number is 554. This may have been changed upon setup.
Step 6: Enter the Live stream path/URL

The Live stream path/URL is different per manufacturer. Please refer the following guides for the following brand of cameras:
- Hikvision
- Dahua
- Provision
Step 7: Enter the User Name and Password used to login to the camera or Video Management System

Ensure that you make use of the login credentials used to access your camera platform or camera itself.
Step 8: Choose which zones the camera will be linked to

This feature is only available should you have added the camera to an Olarm MAX that is connected to an Alarm System with zones.
Step 9: Toggle the buttons to allow Armed Response access to the camera feed & allow device users access to the camera feed
Step 10: To see if the information has been entered correctly tap 'Test Connection'
Should the “Test connection fail”, recheck the details you have entered in the Olarm APP. Alternatively, you will need to visit the troubleshooting guide.
