The Olarm PRO/PRO 4G serial number is important for device registration, support, and linking to monitoring services. You can locate the serial number in several places. 

• In the Olarm APP

  • Open the Olarm APP.

  • Go to Profile.

  • Tap Devices.

  • Select your Olarm PRO/PRO 4G device to view its serial number.

• Product packaging

  • Check the original box your Olarm PRO/PRO 4G came in.

  • The serial number is printed on the outer label.

   

• On the device

  • Turn the device over and remove the battery cover.

  • The serial number is printed on the label.

   

• Through your Armed Response provider

  • If your device is linked to an Armed Response provider, they may also have the serial number recorded in their system.
