Where to find your Olarm MAX’s serial number

The Olarm MAX serial number is important for device registration, support, and linking to monitoring services. You can locate the serial number in several places. 

  

  • In the Olarm APP

    • Open the Olarm APP.

    • Go to Profile.

    • Tap Devices.

    • Select your Olarm MAX device to view its serial number.

  • Product packaging

    • Check the original box your Olarm MAX came in.

    • The serial number is printed on the outer label.

     

  • On the device

    • Turn the device over and remove the battery cover.

    • The serial number is printed on the label.

     

  • Through your Armed Response provider

    • If your device is linked to an Armed Response provider, they may also have the serial number recorded in their system.
