Where to find the Verification Code for your Olarm device

When adding a new Olarm device in the Olarm APP, you will need to enter a Verification Code to confirm ownership and link the device to your profile. This step happens after scanning the device’s QR code or entering its serial number manually.

The verification code ensures that only authorised users can claim and control the device.


Where to find the Verification Code

The location of the verification code depends on your device model:

  • Olarm PRO / PRO 4G

    • Look on the back of the device.

    • The code will be labelled “V.Code”.

  • Olarm MAX

    • Remove the backplate of the device.

    • Open the battery compartment lid.

    • The code will be inside, labelled “V.Code”.


Extra Tips

  • Keep the verification code secure—only share it with trusted installers or users.

  • If the code is damaged or unreadable, contact Olarm Support for assistance.

  • The verification code is unique to each device and cannot be reused for another unit.
