When do I need to use Partner Affiliations

Partner Affiliations allow Olarm Partners (e.g. installers and monitoring companies) to collaborate by sharing roles for a device through their Olarm Command Centre accounts. This lets each business manage the roles they're responsible for—like installation, monitoring, or the device subscription.

You’ll need to set up a Partner Affiliation when:

  • Your company installs Olarm devices, but outsources monitoring to another Olarm Partner (ARC)

  • Your company monitors signals, but works with external installers who handle the physical setup and manage the device

  • Your Armed Response Company wants to assign or accept roles across partnered businesses to fill a specific role for a device
