Troubleshooting Olarm PRO LED States

• Flashing Green (for more than 3 minutes)

  • Check the connection between the Olarm PRO or Olarm PRO 4G and the alarm panel.

  • Ensure the installation has the necessary adapter board.

  • Double check the wiring and ports you have plugged the connector cable into.

   

• Solid Red

  • Verify that the Olarm PRO or Olarm PRO 4G is securely connected to the alarm panel.

  • Ensure the installation has the necessary adapter board.

  • Double check the wiring and ports you have plugged the connector cable into.

  • Ensure you have programmed the system as per the installation guide.

  • Enter the Master/UDL code in the Olarm APP to enable communications.

   

• Solid Orange

  • Ensure the Olarm PRO or Olarm PRO 4G is installed in an area with strong mobile signal.

  • Avoid placing the device inside metal enclosures, which can interfere with signal strength.

   

• No LED (Device LED is off)

  • Check the connection between the Olarm PRO or Olarm PRO 4G and the alarm panel.

  • Confirm that the alarm panel is receiving power.

   

• Solid Purple (for more than 15 minutes)

  • This may indicate a deeper issue. Please contact Olarm Support for assistance.

   

Extra Tips

• LED indicators can help quickly diagnose setup and connectivity problems.

• Always ensure cables are securely connected, the correct adapter boards are being used and the panel has power before troubleshooting further.
