If your Olarm MAX is displaying a specific LED state, use the following troubleshooting steps to resolve connectivity and system issues.
Ensure Wi-Fi is set up in the Olarm APP.
Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the Olarm APP.
Check that Wi-Fi is turned on.
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is not blocking or disconnecting the Olarm MAX.
Ensure the device is in a location with good cellular signal.
Avoid placing it inside or against a metal enclosure.
Check SIM connectivity availability in your area.
Ensure the device is in a location with good cellular signal.

Verify Wi-Fi setup in the Olarm APP.
Re-enter the Wi-Fi password if needed.
Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on.

Ensure you are using the correct adapter board.

The Olarm MAX will automatically reboot after completing a firmware update. Do not unplug the Olarm MAX at all during the update. The update can take between 1 - 15 minutes, depending on network connectivity.

If the device continues flashing green after the update, troubleshoot as if it were in a red LED state.
