If you're experiencing issues during or after installing Olarm MAX on an IDS 805 alarm panel, follow the steps below to identify and resolve common installation problems.
If the Olarm MAX shows a red LED after connection:
Wiring check: Ensure that the Olarm MAX is correctly wired to the keybus terminals on the IDS 805 alarm panel.
If you can arm the alarm from the app but disarming fails:
Master code mismatch: Ensure that the master code set on the alarm panel matches the one entered in the Olarm APP.
If you’re unable to arm or disarm the alarm from the app:
Quick arm setting: Make sure the quick arm function is enabled in the alarm system’s programming and set as the default.

If the system arms in stay mode instead of away mode via the app:
Stay arm option configuration: Ensure that Option 2 is enabled under your stay arm programming settings.

Enable Option 2
If the panel is sending an AC fail when the system is armed and AC restore when disarmed. Check that the Dialer has been disabled by doing the following:
Enter the installer menu
Location 151 & press *
Enter 0 & press *
Press # to exit installer
If the panel is sending panic signals and push notifications:
Check the health of the alarm system battery
Ensure the battery it is charging properly
