Requirements for Olarm REMOTE CONNECT

Remote Connect is Olarm's updated tool for configuring and managing devices via UDL software. It replaces the legacy DeddyWare software and is designed to work exclusively on Windows PCs and laptops.

  • Use a Windows PC or Laptop

    • Remote Connect is not compatible with macOS or mobile devices.

  • Ensure you are using the correct REMOTE CONNECT version

    • Version 3.03+ is required to support UDL connections through both Olarm MAX and Olarm PRO/Olarm PRO 4G.

    • Older versions may not offer full compatibility.

  • Do not use legacy DeddyWare for Olarm MAX

    • DeddyWare only supports UDL via Olarm PRO/Olarm PRO 4G, not Olarm MAX.

    • For full support, install and use the latest REMOTE CONNECT version.

Extra Tips

  • Always check for software updates to ensure compatibility with the latest Olarm hardware.

  • Uninstall DeddyWare if you have already moved to REMOTE CONNECT to avoid conflicts.
