Programming PGM Outputs on a DSC Neo Panel for Olarm MAX

This article explains how to configure PGM outputs on a DSC PowerSeries Neo panel to be controlled via the Olarm APP.

Before You Begin

You will need the installer code for the panel. All programming is done through the keypad.

Step 1: Enter Installer Programming

Press [*] [8] [Installer Code] to access the installer programming menu.

Step 2: Program PGM 1

Configure PGM 1 using the sections below. For each section, enter the section number, select the PGM number, press [*] to edit, set the required value, and press [#] to exit.

• Section [007] – PGM Partition: Enter [001] to assign PGM 1 to Partition 1.
• Section [008] – PGM Timer: Enter [001] to assign PGM 1 to Timer 001.
• Section [009] – PGM Definition: Enter [001] to assign PGM 1 to 121 – Command Output 1.
• Section [010] – PGM Attributes: Set the following values:
  • True Output: Y
  • Timed Output: Y
  • Code Required: N

In Section [010], scroll through the list of attributes and press [*] to edit each one individually.

Step 3: Program the Remaining PGMs

Repeat the process above for each additional PGM, adjusting the PGM number and matching it to the correct Command Output:

• PGM 1 uses Definition [001] 121 – Command Output 1
• PGM 2 uses Definition [002] 122 – Command Output 2
• PGM 3 uses Definition [003] 123 – Command Output 3
• PGM 4 uses Definition [004] 124 – Command Output 4

Example: Programming PGM 2

• [007] [002] → Partition 1
• [008] [002] → Timer 001
• [009] [002] → 122 – Command Output 2
• [010] [002] → True Output Y / Timed Output Y / Code Required N

Step 4: Test the PGM

Once programming is complete, activate the PGM from the Olarm APP to confirm it is functioning correctly.
