When using the Olarm APP with a Texecom Elite alarm system, the home screen provides quick access to each area of your system. Each area is represented as an Area Card, giving you real-time status updates and control options.

Area Cards Overview

Each Area Card displays:

• Area Number

• Area Name

• Current Alarm Status

• Last Status Update

• Alarm Functions:

  • Disarm

  • Full Arm

  • Part-Arm

  • Arm 1

  • Arm 2

  • Arm 3
    
    

Part-Arm Function

• Pressing Part-Arm will prompt you to choose the partitioned area you want to arm.

• This is useful for arming only certain areas of your property while leaving others disarmed.

Force-Arm Prompt

• If you try to Arm or Part-Arm while any zones are open, the app will display a Force-Arm prompt.

• Selecting Force-Arm will bypass these open zones and arm the system anyway.

Extra Tips

• Always check the Last Status Update to ensure the system is showing the most current information.

• Use Part-Arm for flexible security when moving between areas or during the night.

• Avoid using Force-Arm unless you’re certain the open zones are safe to bypass.
