The Olarm MAX comes with some additional Contact ID's and description

In addition to giving a better insight into your clients system statuses, the Olarm has been designed to pro-actively alert you of any problems on site,
Make sure to contact your respective Monitoring Partners to ensure all the Contact ID's are loaded and defined.

The Communicator will generate this signal in the event it loses cellular connection via the external antenna, the Olarm Communicator will then switches back to the internal antenna, this could be because of tampering with the cable of the external antenna by cutting or breaking it
Communicator Firmware Update

Communicator Main Power Supply Loss & Restoral

The Communicator will generate these signals as soon as there is an interruption of the main power supply to the communicator by either cutting off the power supply to the alarm panel or a power outage on site

The Communicator will generate these signals as soon as there is an interruption of the main power supply to the communicator resulting in a drop of electrical current which might cause the alarm panel and Olarm Communicator to drop connection, this would usually be caused by either a faulty transformer or power supply like a solar inverter

Communicator Backup Power Supply Disconnected

 The Communicator will generate these signals if the super capacitor or battery backup is disconnected or restored, this could be because of an interruption of the   main/primary power supply to the Olarm Communicator.

  • Level 4 is any access of settings that impacts signal path originated by Olarm Admin User (Olarm Staff)
