How to lock/unlock Olarm APP access in Command Centre

How to lock/unlock Olarm APP access in Command Centre

You can control whether a users have app access to a specific Olarm device. Locking out users prevents them from viewing or controlling the device in the Olarm APP - but it does not stop the device from sending signals to the monitoring platform.

  • Go to the Devices page in Command Centre

  • Enter the device’s serial number in the search bar

  • Click View on the right side

  • Scroll down to the Access section

  • Click the Lock or Unlock button

All user’s associated with the device will not have app access, which will update instantly, while signal transmission from the device continues as normal.
