How to setup I/O Port monitoring using Olarm Command Centre
Step 1: Navigate to the Olarm MAX device you wish to monitor

Step 2: Go into the peripherals tab found in the side bar & select the device

Step 3: Click on the IO Port and toggle the
Open Screenshot 2024-09-10 at 14.01.31.pngStep 4: Assign an Area & Zone number to the signal & search for the relevant Contact ID you wish to receive for monitoring

Step 3: Click on the I/O Port and enable the tab that says "Is this peripheral monitored?"

You can either search for the event description or the Contact ID code
Step 5: Set the event to trigger and/or restore based on the terminal/PGM being monitored:

We recommend triggering the event on a low to high trigger (positive trigger)
Trigger on event, “High to low(falling edge)” or “Low to high (rising edge)”
Trigger on restore, “Low to high (rising edge)” or “High to low(falling edge)”
