Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “UDL/Digi Options”, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “UDL Options”, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “UDL Password” is:
Press the ‘no/cross’ to edit it, enter your “UDL password”, then press 'yes/tick'
Take note of the UDL password for entering in the Olarm APP
Press the 'Menu' key once
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “Setup Modules”, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “Setup IP Data”, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “ComIP Port”, press the ‘no/cross’ to edit it
Enter 10001, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “ComIP Gateway”, press the ‘no/cross’ to edit it
Enter ‘192.168.000.001’, press 'yes/tick'
Press the Down Key until you reach “ComIP Netmask”, press the ‘no/cross’ to edit it
Enter ‘255.255.255.000’, press 'yes/tick'
Press the 'Menu' key once.
Continue to press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “Com Port Setup”, press 'yes/tick'
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach “Com Port 1”, press ‘no/cross’
Press the ‘Down’ Key until you reach the “ComIP Module”, and press 'yes/tick'
Press 'Menu' until asked if you want to Exit and Logoff, press 'yes/tick'
Note: If Com Port 1 is in use, configure Com Port 2.
Plug the 5-pin side of the reversible peripheral cable to the programmed Com Port on your Texecom Premier 168 Alarm System.
Cut and strip the 4-pin side of the cable. Wire this end into the terminals found on the back of the Olarm MAX.
Red to + (Positive)
Black to GND
Yellow to SERIAL 1
Green to SERIAL 2
Once you have powered up your Texecom Premier 168 alarm system, and have added it to the Olarm APP. You will be prompted to enter the UDL code in the app. Ensure this is the same UDL code that was programmed.
