Installation Requirements

Should the Alarm System Master Code be set to '1234', you'll need to change it.

• The default Master Code in the Olarm APP is also '1234', it must be updated to something different to ensure it doesn't match the default app code.

Step 1: Connecting the Olarm MAX

Plug the 4-pin side of the reversible peripheral cable to the Serial port on your Paradox MG/SP + Plus Alarm Panel.

Cut and strip the 5-pin side of the cable. Wire this end of the cable into the terminals found on the back of the Olarm MAX.

• Red to + (Positive)

• Black to GND

• Yellow to SERIAL 1

• Green to SERIAL 2
  

Step 2: Enter the Master/User code in the Olarm APP

Once you have powered up your Paradox MG/SP + Plus alarm system, and have added it to the Olarm APP. You will be prompted to enter the Master/User code in the app.
