Installation Requirements

Installing an Olarm MAX on a Paradox EVO192 Alarm System requires an Olarm Paradox EVO Adapter Board.

Step 1: Connecting the Olarm MAX

Before connecting the Olarm MAX, power down your alarm system.

Plug the 4-pin side of the reversible peripheral cable into the Olarm Paradox EVO Adapter Board and plug the adapter board into the Serial port.

Cut and strip the 5-pin side of the cable. Wire this end of the cable into the terminals found on the back of the Olarm MAX.

• Red to + (Positive)

• Black to GND

• Yellow to SERIAL 1

• Green to SERIAL 2
  

Step 2: Power up

Once you have powered up your Paradox EV0192 alarm system, and have added it to the Olarm APP. Check/Test the functionality of the Olarm APP.
