Installation of an Olarm MAX on DSC PowerSeries Alarm Systems
Step 1: Connect the Olarm MAX
Before connecting the Olarm MAX, power down your alarm system.
Cut and strip the 5-pin side of the reversible peripheral cable. Wire this end to the alarm panels keypad terminals.
Red to RED
Black to BLK
Yellow to YEL
Green to GRN
Cut and strip the 4-pin side of the cable. Wire this end into the terminals found on the back of the Olarm MAX.
Red to + (Positive)
Black to GND
Yellow to SERIAL 1
Green to SERIAL 2
Step 2: Enter the Master/User code in the Olarm APP
Once you have powered up your DSC PowerSeries alarm system, and have added it to the Olarm APP. You will be prompted to enter the Master/User code in the app.
