How to Upgrade a 2G Olarm Device for Armed Response Companies

 

  • If you are a registered Armed Response partner with Olarm and need to upgrade a customer’s 2G Olarm device to a 4G model, follow the steps below:

     

    • Contact Your Olarm Partner Manager

      • Your assigned Partner Manager will assist with the upgrade process and guide device upgrades and swaps.

       

    • Contact Olarm Sales Department

      • If you are unsure who your Partner Manager is, contact Olarm Sales for help coordinating the upgrade and accessing replacement stock.

       

    Extra Tips

    • A 4G device upgrade is essential for maintaining reliable mobile connectivity as 2G networks are phased out.

    • Ensure the original 2G device is returned or deactivated after the upgrade.
