How to update device location on the map
Adding the devices installation location is not pertinent to setup, but is a feature that is helpful in ensuring each communicator is correctly plotted for for asset management, monitoring and admin purposes.
Steps to plotting the device location:

In the “Map” column, click “None” or the current location status.

Click “Update Map”.

Enter the address, drag the map marker to the exact location.

Save your changes.
Map statuses and what they mean
- “Outside” - if the device is placed outside your assigned territory
- "None" - if the device location has yet to be set
- "OK" - device location has been setup
