How to renew your active Olarm device subscription?
This article explains how to renew your Olarm device subscription using the renewal email or directly through the Olarm APP.
You can renew your subscription using:
- Card payment
- EFT or bank transfer
Renew Your Subscription
- Open the subscription renewal email sent to you and select your payment plan
Alternatively:
- Open the Olarm APP
- This will navigate you to the Olarm user portal
- Tap the Menu (≡) icon in the top-right corner
- Select View Profile
- Tap Subscriptions
- Add the relevant device(s) to your checkout cart
- Tap Continue to checkout
- Choose who the invoice should be addressed to:
- Just me (individual)
- My company (includes VAT details)
- Select your subscription plan or model
- Choose your payment method:
- Tap:
- Proceed to payment, or
- Send me the invoice
Card Payment
- Review your checkout cart and order summary
- Tap Proceed
- Enter your card details using the secure Zoho Billing payment platform
- Tap Subscribe
Your card will only be charged once your current subscription expires.Your invoice will be emailed to you on the transaction date.
Your current subscription will remain active until the renewed subscription starts.
EFT or Bank Transfer

Note: EFT or bank transfer payments can take a few days to process. Subscriptions are only activated once funds have been received. Card payments are recommended for faster activation.
- Open the email containing your Pro-Forma invoice
- Make payment using your banking platform
- Use one of the following as your payment reference:
- Quote number
- Device serial number
- Send your Proof of Payment (POP) to billing@olarm.com
Once payment has been confirmed and funds have been received, the Olarm billing team will provision your subscription.Please allow a few days for processing.
- You can update your company information and VAT details during the checkout process when selecting:
- Ensure your company details and VAT number are entered correctly before completing payment
