How to remotely program a panel using Command Centre
Remote Connect allows installers or response teams to program alarm panels remotely via UDL software, saving time and avoiding unnecessary site visits.
What you need:
The Olarm Remote Connect Tool (downloadable from the Remote Programming tab on a device)
The connection key generated from the Command Centre
Steps to programming a panel remotely using Command Centre:
Navigate to a device and go to Remote Programming.
Click Generate to create a connection key.
Open the Olarm Remote Connect tool on your PC.
Paste the key into the textbox in the Olarm Remote Connect software
Click Connect to start your remote session
Ensure you have the latest version of Remote Connect installed. A stable network connection is recommended.
