How to pay for a new or expired Olarm device subscription

This article explains how to pay for a new or expired subscription for your Olarm device using the Olarm APP.

You can complete payment using either:

  • Card payment

  • EFT or bank transfer


Follow the steps below:

Purchase or Renew a Subscription

  1. Open the Olarm APP

  2. Tap on your Olarm device

  3. Tap the Menu (≡) icon in the top-right corner

  4. Select View Profile

  5. Tap Subscriptions

  6. Add the relevant device(s) to your checkout cart

  7. Tap Continue to checkout

  8. Choose who the invoice should be addressed to:

    • Just me (individual)

    • My company (includes VAT details)

  9. Select your subscription plan or model

  10. Choose your payment method:

    • Card

    • EFT or Bank transfer

  11. Tap:

    • Proceed to payment, or

    • Send me the invoice


InfoIf you select Send me the invoice, a Pro-Forma invoice will be emailed to you. The payment reference will also be displayed on screen.

Use either of the following as your payment reference:

  • Quote number

  • Device serial number


Card Payment

  1. Review your checkout cart and order summary

  2. Tap Proceed

  3. Enter your card details using the secure Zoho Billing payment platform

  4. Tap Pay

  5. Your invoice will be emailed to you once payment is successful


EFT or Bank Transfer

Note: EFT or bank transfer payments can take a few days to process. Subscriptions are only activated once funds have been received. Card payments are recommended for faster activation.

  1. Open the email containing your Pro-Forma invoice

  2. Make payment using your banking platform

  3. Use one of the following as your payment reference:

    • Quote number

    • Device serial number

  4. Send your Proof of Payment (POP) to billing@olarm.com


AlertOnce payment has been confirmed and funds have been received, the Olarm billing team will provision your subscription.

Please allow a few days for processing.
