How to download an event log from an Olarm communicator in Command Centre
Event logs provide a detailed history of the Olarm device's signals combined with the events recorded by the alarm system. You can download these logs in CSV format directly from Command Centre for analysis, auditing, or recordkeeping.
This feature is only available for Olarm MAX communicators.Follow the steps below to generate and download the event log:
Go to the Devices page in Command Centre
Enter the device’s serial number in the search bar.
Click View on the right side of the result
In the left-hand menu, select the Event Log tab
Click the Download button
Extra Tips
CSV files can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
This report includes timestamps, signal types, and zone details.
The Olarm MAX only stores 1000 events.
