How to do firmware updates in Command Centre

You can update the firmware of any Olarm communicator directly through Command Centre. This ensures devices stay secure and benefit from the latest features.

Where to go in Olarm Command for Firmware Updates:

  1. Navigate to the device you want to update.

  2. Click on the Update Firmware tab.

Things to remember:
  • Updates are per device, not bulk.

  • Use Wi-Fi if possible to speed up the update.

  • The alarm panel must be disarmed during the update to avoid false alarms.

  • Firmware changes are logged in Device History.
