How to change your Olarm account username, phone number or email address

Keeping your personal information up-to-date in the Olarm APP is essential for login access, receiving device activity notifications, and maintaining account security. You can easily update your cellphone number, email address, and name within the app.

To update your personal settings:

  • Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner

  • Select View Profile

  • Tap on Profile

    • Update your personal details as required

      • Phone number

      • User name

      • Email address

  • Make sure your contact details are always current to avoid login issues.

  • If you signed up using only a phone number, be sure to add an email address.

  • Likewise, if you signed up with an email only, add your phone number for better account recovery and notifications.
