To update your company information or VAT number:
Send an email to sales@olarm.com.
Include your updated company details and VAT number in the message.
A representative from the Olarm team will process the changes and confirm once the update is complete.
Only authorised company representatives should request account or billing detail changes.
Ensure the VAT number is correct and valid for invoicing purposes.
If you’re updating other billing details (e.g. company name or contact info), include all changes in the same request.
