Olarm Partners - How and when do I get billed?

Invoices & Statements

Invoices for monitoring subscriptions are generated on the 25th of every month and emailed to your contacts as prescribed in your VAR Agreement.
 
To view your invoices and statements, open the link in the body of the email.
 

Payment Due Dates

For Response partners, invoices for monitoring subscriptions are due 30 days from invoice date.
For devices, payment is due 7 days after the statement date.

What payment methods are accepted?

Debit Orders and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) are the accepted methods of payment.

When making payment by EFT, plus use your invoice number or account code as the reference.

Monthly debit orders

To set up a collection of monthly subscription invoices by debit order, you will first need to complete the Olarm Debit Order form. For more information, please email sales@olarm.co.
