NTP (Network Time Protocol) enabled on DVR/NVR

You will need to enable the NTP (Network Time Protocol). The NTP function allows a device that is connected to the Internet to sync time with a NTP server. This ensures the time on your camera's and DVR is accurate which then allows the Olarm MAX to match zone activity events to recorded footage for playback in the Olarm APP.
Click on the “Setting” icon
Select “System”
Choose “Date&Time”
Toggle the “Tick box” to enable NTP
The standard Dahua camera Playback path/URL is as follows, ensure you edit it to suit your camera channel number:
/cam/playback?channel=2&subtype=1
Ensure you enter your relevant camera’s channel number (1-48)
Ensure you enter subtype1 and do not use the mainstream which is subtype0
Step 3: Select the Dahua playback time format
Dahua’s standard playback time format is as follows:
<YYYY_MM_DD_HH_mm_ss>
Step 4: Save the playback settings and test out activity log by triggering the linked zone
