Enabling/disabling biometric authentication

Both Primary Users and Secondary Users can enable biometric authentication for added security when accessing the Olarm APP.

  • Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner

  • Go to App Permissions

  • Select Lock Your App with Biometrics

  • Toggle the switch ON to activate biometric authentication

Extra Tips 

  • Ensure your smartphone’s biometric features (fingerprint or face recognition) are already set up in your device settings.

  • Once enabled, you’ll need to authenticate via biometrics each time you open the Olarm APP.

  • To disable, return to Lock Your App with Biometrics and toggle OFF.
