If you are unable to arm/disarm your alarm system via the Olarm APP, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check the Area/Partition Status

    • In the Olarm APP home screen, confirm that the area/partition shows Disarmed.

      • If the partition displays Not Ready, tap the Zones tab at the bottom of the screen.

      • Identify the open/active zone and either close it or bypass the zone as needed.

  • Try disarming using the alarm keypad

    • Attempt to disarm your system using the physical alarm keypad.

      • If successful, the issue may be related to the app settings or user code.

  • Verify the Master Code in the Olarm APP

    • Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-right corner

    • Select Device Setup

    • Scroll down to Master/UDL Code

    • Tap the eye icon to reveal and confirm your alarm code is correct

  • Reboot the Device

    • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try rebooting your alarm system.

    • Remove the super capacitor from the Olarm MAX device to power down properly.
