Can you put your own SIMs into the Olarm PRO/PRO 4G

Don’t Insert Your Own SIMs
The Olarm SIMs are custom-managed. Replacing them with your own SIMs will break functionality and void your warranty.

Every Olarm device requires an active subscription to function. This isn’t just about the SIM cards, it’s about keeping your device connected, secure, and fully supported.
What Does the Subscription Include?
  • Dual SIM connectivity (multi-network for better coverage)

  • Mobile data and secure server access

  • SIM admin and backend management

Even if you're using Wi-Fi, the subscription still matters. Wi-Fi is just one connection method in your ecosystem. The core connection, and the one Olarm relies on most, is GSM/LTE via built-in Olarm-managed SIM cards.

Your subscription pays for more than just SIM data. It covers the entire infrastructure behind your device: server communications, remote management, and continuous updates.
