Can you EFT Olarm to pay for a device subscription

Olarm users can activate their Olarm device subscriptions using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) by coordinating with the Olarm Support Team. This process allows manual activation outside the Olarm APP.


Step 1: Contact the Olarm Support Team with:

  • Your Olarm device serial number

  • Your preferred subscription option

Step 2: Olarm Support will issue you with an invoice containing:

  • Olarm’s bank account details

  • Device serial number

  • Subscription details

Step 3: Making payment

  • Make the payment via EFT using the provided banking details.

  • Submit your Proof of Payment (POP) to the Olarm Support Team.

  • Once POP is received, Olarm will:

    • Allocate your payment

    • Activate your subscription within 12–24 hours

  • Confirmation of activation will be communicated via email or phone.
