Adding and Removing App Users

You can manage which users have access to a communicator via the Olarm App—whether you’re adding a new user or removing one who no longer requires access.

Before you begin:

  • The user must already have an Olarm account.

  • They must have registered with either a phone number or email address.


To add a user in Command Centre:

  1. Go to the specific device.

  2. Click the Users tab.

  3. Click Add User.

  4. Enter the user’s email address or phone number.

  5. Click Add.

If the user hasn’t created an Olarm account yet, they’ll appear as Pending until they register and sign up with Olarm.


To remove a user:

  1. Go to the Users tab for the device.

  2. Click the remove button next to the user you want to remove.

  3. Confirm the removal.
